Also excluded: all persons who work in collaboration, or who cooperate within the framework of a legal or legal association, or in any other way, in order to increase their chances of success. They can then send the refund back to the Activation kitty.
  3. The participant is responsible for the use of the refund. It exonerates the Organizer from any liability in this regard.

Art. 5 Rules and Acceptance

  1. Refund Acceptance: Once eligibility for a refund is confirmed and the refund is accepted, notification of the allocation of refunds will occur within 14 days of the refunds being accepted. If an entrant fails to do so, the Promoter reserves the right not to reissue the Refund or to limit the value of the Refund at its sole discretion.
  2. Refunds will be distributed to participants no later than 2 weeks after the last day of activation.

Art. 6 Communication

  1. With the exception of the sending of these Terms and Conditions or the notification of the participant, no form of communication, whether physical or electronic, will be made during the duration of the Activation.
  2. Recipients and participants will be contacted via the email address provided during registration.

  2. In the event of any discrepancy between these Terms and Conditions and those of any promotional materials, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

  1. The Promoter cannot be held liable for cases of force majeure or for any reason beyond the control of the Promoter requiring the modification, suspension or cancellation of the Activation. The Promoter shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations for reasons beyond its reasonable control arising from force majeure, global or regional epidemic or pandemic, adverse weather conditions, fire, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, plague or other natural calamities or any other circumstance.
  2. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies are not liable for any losses (including, but not limited to, indirect, special or consequential losses or loss of profits), expenses or damages suffered or suffered (whether or not resulting from the negligence of any person) in connection with this Activation or the acceptance or use of the Reward(s)/Refund, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. Nothing excludes the promoter's liability for death or personal injury resulting from its negligence.
  3. The Promoter cannot be held liable for any damage of any kind resulting from participation in the Activation or the awarding of the Reward/Refund. In the event of any irregularities, including, but not limited to, errors that occur in the web generator or the promoter, the organizer autonomously decides how the problem is corrected and/or completed. The Promoter's decision cannot be challenged.
  4. The printing of errors, spelling or other mistakes, technical problems or other problems related to or arising out of the Activation shall not be relied upon as grounds for compensation, obligation or liability of the Promoter. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for any technical problems that make it impossible to participate in the Activation or that prevent the continuous and uninterrupted progress of the Activation.
  5. The Organizer can in no way be held responsible for a miscommunication of data that would lead to a wrong address or to an address unknown to the participant. If a Refund (1) does not arrive on time due to loss and/or delay in delivery by the postal services, and/or (2) is intentionally or accidentally damaged by the postal services, the Promoter cannot be held liable. With regard to any costs of participation in the Activation, there is no recourse against the Organizer.
